How can I create a new document with just a few records of the data origin
When a template is opened, you will see a list with all the records of the data origin. Just select the records you want to use with thir checkboxes

This column indicates the type of the field. It could be a string of characters (String), a number (Integer), a true/false value (Boolean), etc.
